Whether you're a JobSeeker or booking a job, adherence to these guidelines is essential for every JobZapp account holder. Failure to comply may result in the suspension of your JobZapp account. Here are some key examples:
- Engaging in criminal activities through JobZapp
- Committing sexual assault or misconduct
- Discriminating against individuals based on protected characteristics such as age, colour, disability, gender identity, marital status, national origin, race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, or any other trait safeguarded by law.
Treat Everyone With Respect
We aim for positive interactions within our diverse community during every experience. It's essential that everyone feels supported and welcomed. To ensure this, we've established standards regarding physical conduct, sexual assault and misconduct, threatening and rude behaviour, unwanted contact, discrimination, and property damage.
Please refrain from touching strangers or anyone you've just met through JobZapp. It's never acceptable to harm or intend harm to anyone.
Help Keep One Another Safe
Everyone plays a crucial role in fostering a safe environment. That's why we've established guidelines regarding account sharing, the age of account holders, and more.
Account sharing undermines the security and integrity of our platform. To use JobZapp, each user must register and maintain their own active account. Sharing login credentials compromises the confidentiality of personal information and may lead to unauthorized access. However, it's acceptable to request a job for someone else who meets our age requirements, as long as the requester maintains sole control of their account.
Follow the Law
Creating a safe environment is a shared responsibility. Any use of JobZapp to commit or attempt any criminal activity or violate any law or regulation is strictly prohibited.
It's your responsibility to be aware of and adhere to all relevant laws and regulations while using JobZapp. JobSeekers must possess all necessary licenses, permits, and up-to-date legal documents as required by law.
