Step 1 - Register
All JobZapp users need to sign up and complete their profiles on the website. If you’d like to be verified (to help JobSeekers feel confident about working with you), you’ll need to upload your ID and proof of address. Our team processes verification documents within 48 hours.

Step 2 - Book a Job
Set the job details — start and end time, location, and the type of work you need done. The app automatically calculates a cost estimate based on your selections. Once everything looks good, submit your job request, and we’ll send it to verified JobSeekers nearby.
Step 3 - Booking Confirmed
The JobProvider reviews the JobSeekers who responded to the job request. Each profile includes ratings from previous jobs. Once a JobSeeker is selected, a hold is placed on your payment method.

Step 4 - Job Completed
The JobSeeker arrives, checks in, and completes the job. Once the work is done, payment is processed automatically through the app. Cash payments are not allowed — this keeps things safe and secure for everyone.
Step 5 - Ratings
Both JobProviders and JobSeekers rate the experience and can leave feedback. This two-way rating system helps keep JobZapp a trusted space — with real people, real accountability, and real quality.

Step 1 - Register and Setup Your Profile
All JobZapp JobSeekers must register and complete their profile before they can start receiving job requests. To get verified, you'll need to upload your ID and proof of address, choose your job type, and complete a short quiz to confirm your skill level. You can also choose the type of JobProviders you want to work with — unverified, verified or certified(coming soon).

Once your profile is verified, JobZapp will send you job requests that match your skills and availability. You can check the job details and see the JobProvider’s rating before deciding if you want to apply. The power to choose is in your hands.
Step 3 - Booking Confirmed
You’ll get a notification when a JobProvider chooses to book you for a job. Your rating matters — the higher your rating, the more likely you’ll be booked for future jobs.

Arrive at the job location, check in through the app, and get the work done. Stay professional, stay safe, and remember — the better the job, the better your rating.

After the job, both you and the JobProvider rate each other. Your feedback helps keep the platform safe and fair for everyone — and boosts your chances of getting booked again.
