Job costs are determined by country, job type, and skill level.
How Job Costs Are Calculated
The following factors help determine the amount you pay for each job.
Fair Rates
JobSeekers set their own hourly rates based on skill level, so you only pay for the experience you need. You choose who to book from the JobSeekers who respond to your request.
Booking Fee
JobZapp charges a booking fee to help cover regulatory and operational costs.
All About Payments
Payments through JobZapp are direct, safe and secure.
Secure Payments
Job payments are securely handled through the app. After completing the job, your listed payment method will be charged. If you'd like, you can include a tip.
Please note that all transactions must be processed exclusively through the app; cash payments are not permitted.
Cancellations
JobProviders can cancel a job up to 10 hours before it starts. Cancellations within 10 hours of the start time will incur penalties. JobSeekers can withdraw from a job at any time, but doing so may affect future job requests and could lead to account suspension or removal.
