Specify Your Rate
You select your skills and provide your desired rate per hour. You are paid 100% of this rate, with no fees deducted. Additionally, you can include a traveling fee for jobs that are less than 4 hours.
Track Your Payouts
Understanding your earnings helps you plan your month. With your in-app JobZapp wallet, you can view both current and projected earnings. Projected earnings are based on jobs you have accepted.
No Additional Fees
JobZapp charges JobProviders a booking fee to support our operational costs. This does not affect your payout amount.
Cancellations
JobProviders can cancel a job up to 3 hours before the job start time. Penalties will apply if a job is cancelled less than 3 hours before the job start time. JobSeekers can withdraw from a job at any time, however last minute withdrawals will be monitored and may lead to suspension of the JobSeeker's account.
How Payouts Work
Payments through JobZapp are direct, safe and secure.
Secure Payments
When working with JobZapp, your payouts are automatically transferred to your bank account. Payouts are made once or twice a month, based on your preference. Ensure your banking details are up-to-date for seamless and secure transactions, including tips accumulated from your jobs.
Payout Frequency
Weekly: Paid every Tuesday for work done from Monday to Sunday.
Twice a Month: Paid on the Tuesday closest to the 15th for the last two weeks of work.
Monthly: Paid on the last Tuesday of the month for all work done that month.
