Why do workers apply before I Book?
So you only Book someone who has already applied to your job. Add a Standby if you want cover, and GPS clock-in proves arrival on the day.

How do I get help or speak to a person?
For fast answers, ask JobBot on WhatsApp or check our Client Help guide. If you need human support, request "Chat to a person" in the thread and our Customer Care team will step in directly.

How far ahead should I book?
Lead time is at least 6 hours by day, or 12 hours at night. You must Book a pending job at least 3 hours before start, or it auto-cancels with no charge.

Can I cancel for free?
Yes. You can cancel free up to 4 hours before the job starts. Inside that window a late fee may apply for worker travel and preparation.
